At Parchi App, we respect your privacy. You have the right to request deletion of specific types of your personal data without deleting your full account.

Steps to Request Partial Data Deletion

1. Send an email to support@parchieasybilling.in from your registered email address.
2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Data – Parchi App"
3. Mention the specific data you want deleted (e.g., customer records, billing history, income/expense data).
4. Your request will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Data That Can Be Deleted on Request

• Billing entries and invoice records
• Customer or vendor records
• Income and expense records

Data That May Be Retained

• Login email or mobile number (for account access)
• Basic analytics and error logs (retained for 30 days)
• Transaction logs required by law (e.g., Razorpay UPI records)
