We allow users to fully explore our platform with a 1-week free trial before making any purchase decision. Once a subscription or paid plan is purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Users are given a free trial for 7 days to explore all premium features of the app. No charges are made during this period. If a user continues to use the app after the trial ends, they must subscribe to a paid plan, which is non-refundable once activated.

If you experience a technical problem or believe you’ve been wrongly charged, you may still contact us for support. We’ll investigate and assist you, but we do not guarantee refunds.
